Prepare contract signature

Validate signature readiness and create or monitor the governed envelope for an approved contract version.

#Before you start

• Sign in as contract owners, signature coordinators and approvers and confirm WatheeqTech shows /lex/contracts/[id]/signature; hidden controls indicate that your account lacks the required permission.
• Open the record from its owning register or a trusted notification so you begin with the correct tenant, record identifier and current lifecycle state.
• Collect the reason, authority and supporting evidence required for any governed decision or state transition.

#How to use this page

   Verify the record and state

   Confirm the final approved version, signatories, signing order, authority and unresolved compliance blockers before creating an envelope.

   Complete the permitted action

   Send through the configured provider and monitor recipient, provider-event and custody evidence without bypassing approval state.

   Confirm the transition

   After completion, verify the signed file, hashes, timestamps and envelope status are attached to the correct contract version.
