#How to use this page

   Prioritize the work

   Read Needs attention and My work before the domain totals, noting any overdue, approval or SLA item surfaced for your persona.

   Process the right item

   Open the task from its card or use a domain tile to move into Service Desk, matters, contracts, litigation, knowledge or administration.

3. 3
   Clear the queue safely

   Complete the work in its source record, then return home and confirm the item and cross-domain KPI no longer show stale attention state.

#Governance and expected result

• Operate only within the tenant, role and record visibility granted to you.
• Record the decision, reason and supporting evidence before completing a governed action.
• Use the page action for the transition rather than changing source data or maintaining a parallel offline status.
• Verify the resulting status, owner, timeline, version or audit event before leaving the page.
