#Before you start

  • Sign in as legal governance and workflow administrators and confirm WatheeqTech shows /lex/workflow-policies; hidden controls indicate that your account lacks the required permission.
  • Know the organization scope, status and urgency of the work you need to find before applying filters or saved views.
  • Collect the reason, authority and supporting evidence required for any governed decision or state transition.

#How to use this page

  1. 1
    Prioritize the work

Use the Policies tab and KPI strip to review active, draft and archived policies plus routed, quorum and decision-speed indicators.

  2. 2
    Process the right item

Create or edit the policy’s scope, stage, approver role or user, quorum, authority evidence and active state; use Definitions for the underlying workflow design.

  3. 3
    Clear the queue safely

Inspect Instances and analytics to verify new work routes as intended, then archive superseded policies instead of leaving overlapping active scopes.

#Governance and expected result

  • Operate only within the tenant, role and record visibility granted to you.
  • Record the decision, reason and supporting evidence before completing a governed action.
  • Use the page action for the transition rather than changing source data or maintaining a parallel offline status.
  • Verify the resulting status, owner, timeline, version or audit event before leaving the page.
Expected result

You used /lex/workflow-policies to create, edit and archive approval policies while monitoring their definitions, instances and decision performance. The result is visible in WatheeqTech and traceable to the acting user, tenant and source legal record.
