- 1Create the record
Go to WatheeqTech → Documents and select the document type, owner, language, confidentiality and retention category.
- 2Upload content
Upload an allowed file. Malware, content and attachment-policy checks run before it becomes available.
- 3Link the record
Associate it with its request, matter, case, contract, consultation or investigation.
- 4Create versions
Upload revised content as a new version; never replace the historical file.
- 5Archive
Apply the governed retention and electronic archive path when the record becomes final.
#Create a signature envelope
- 1Select the final version
Only use the approved document version intended for execution.
- 2Add recipients
Enter recipient identity, language, role and signing order.
- 3Validate authority
Confirm each signatory has the required delegation or organizational authority.
- 4Send
Dispatch the envelope and monitor view, sign, decline, expiry and provider events.
- 5Record custody
Preserve the signed artifact, hash, timestamps, identity evidence and provider proof envelope.
