#Import the organization structure

  1. 1
    Download a template

Use the XLSX, CSV or JSON template from WatheeqTech → Admin → Organization.

  2. 2
    Prepare stable codes

Populate code, parent_code, entity_type and at least one bilingual name. Add manager and role bindings where known.

  3. 3
    Choose a mode

Use create for new records, update for existing records, merge for both, or replace to deactivate omitted entities.

  4. 4
    Run dry-run

Resolve duplicate codes, invalid UUIDs, missing parents, cycles and unsupported roles before applying.

  5. 5
    Apply atomically

Apply the validated import. Entities, paths, roles and memberships commit together or roll back together.

#Assign roles safely

  • Assign responsibility roles to the appropriate organization entity
  • Keep requester, approver and final sign-off duties separated
  • Use Delegation of Authority for temporary or value-limited authority
  • Review effective permissions from both role and tenant entitlement
  • Audit privileged role changes and delegation expiry

#Configure an integration

  1. 1
    Choose a connector

Open Admin → Integrations and choose SSO, SCIM, HR, archive, email, signature, court or custom REST.

  2. 2
    Enter deployment settings

Supply endpoints and non-secret metadata, then store credentials through the protected secret fields.

  3. 3
    Test connection

Review the honest health grade: healthy, sandbox, not configured or unavailable.

  4. 4
    Submit governed change

When maker-checker is enabled, a different authorized administrator approves activation.

  5. 5
    Monitor

Inspect sync runs, retry state, dead-letter records, rotation status and event diagnostics.

Government and provider gating

Najiz, Nafath, emdha and other providers require customer credentials, network approval and provider certification. A configured sandbox is never labeled as live production.
