Go to WatheeqTech → Cases and create the case from an approved request, matter or direct authorized intake.
- 2Classify the dispute
Choose plaintiff or defendant posture, court, dispute taxonomy, parties, claims and material dates.
- 3Assess strength
Record facts, evidence, legal grounds, exposure, probability and recommended strategy.
- 4Assign ownership
Set the responsible lawyer, supervisor and supporting team.

- Draft and approve statements of claim or response memoranda
- Track pleadings, filings and court references
- Schedule hearings and record reports, attendance and next actions
- Manage court experts, assignments and expert deliverables
- Apply legal holds to preserve evidence and prevent disposal
- Keep every case document linked to the correct stage and classification
