#Create and assess a case

  1. 1
    Open the case

Go to WatheeqTech → Cases and create the case from an approved request, matter or direct authorized intake.

  2. 2
    Classify the dispute

Choose plaintiff or defendant posture, court, dispute taxonomy, parties, claims and material dates.

  3. 3
    Assess strength

Record facts, evidence, legal grounds, exposure, probability and recommended strategy.

  4. 4
    Assign ownership

Set the responsible lawyer, supervisor and supporting team.

#Run the litigation record

  • Draft and approve statements of claim or response memoranda
  • Track pleadings, filings and court references
  • Schedule hearings and record reports, attendance and next actions
  • Manage court experts, assignments and expert deliverables
  • Apply legal holds to preserve evidence and prevent disposal
  • Keep every case document linked to the correct stage and classification
Najiz integration boundary

Najiz synchronization is deployment and government-onboarding dependent. Sandbox or manual fallback states are labeled honestly and must not be treated as confirmed court submission.

#Record judgment and objection

  1. 1
    Record the judgment

Capture the judgment date, outcome, awarded values, reasoning summary and official document.

  2. 2
    Evaluate objection

Record objection eligibility, deadline, grounds and approval decision.

  3. 3
    Update exposure

Reflect the financial, operational and precedent impact on the case and linked matter.

  4. 4
    Close or continue

Move to enforcement, appeal or closure using the governed case state transition.
