• Identify the source record or workspace you intend to change and check its current owner, version, due date or lock before acting.
• Collect the reason, authority and supporting evidence required for any governed decision or state transition.

#How to use this page

   Open the right context

   Open the route with the intended documentId and confirm the displayed file, current version, mode, lock holder and autosave/recovery state.

   Complete the task

   Choose View, Review or Edit as permitted, then use comments, clause recommendations, comparison and approval panels to complete the assigned work.

   Verify and hand off

   Use the visible save or snapshot control and confirm version, pending-change, blocker and signature-readiness indicators before handing the document onward.

• Operate only within the tenant, role and record visibility granted to you.
• Record the decision, reason and supporting evidence before completing a governed action.
