#Export a report
- 1Choose a governed report
Open WatheeqTech → Reports and select contracts, matters, obligations or the available operational report.
- 2Set scope
Apply date, owner, organization, status and other permitted filters.
- 3Preview
Confirm totals and sample rows before producing the export.
- 4Export
Generate JSON or CSV where supported. The request and actor remain traceable.

- Use the record timeline for business events and state transitions
- Use version history for document and content changes
- Use approval history for policy, actor, decision and notes
- Use platform audit for privileged access and configuration changes
- Preserve request IDs and UTC timestamps when escalating an issue
