• Identify the source record or workspace you intend to change and check its current owner, version, due date or lock before acting.
• Collect the reason, authority and supporting evidence required for any governed decision or state transition.

#How to use this page

   Open the right context

   Choose the exact task in the command bar and confirm the workspace, project and active version shown in the route and workspace cockpit.

2. 2
   Complete the task

   Provide permitted source material and task instructions, run the task, then review the generated language, risks, terms and task-specific quality checks.

3. 3
   Verify and hand off

   Save or restore the accepted workspace version and use the handoff control to continue in the next drafting task without losing project context.

• Record the decision, reason and supporting evidence before completing a governed action.
