Track one matter’s estimated duration, external holds and delay events in a deep-linkable timeline workspace.

• Sign in as matter owners, dispute teams and supervisors and confirm WatheeqTech shows /lex/case-timeline; hidden controls indicate that your account lacks the required permission.
• Identify the source record or workspace you intend to change and check its current owner, version, due date or lock before acting.
• Collect the reason, authority and supporting evidence required for any governed decision or state transition.

#How to use this page

   Open the right context

   Choose a matter, use a recently viewed shortcut when available, or enable On hold only to narrow the picker.

   Complete the task

   Review estimated duration, current hold state and recorded delay events; add or correct timeline data only when your case-edit permission allows it.

   Verify and hand off

   Confirm the matterId remains in the page URL and that the timeline totals and open-delay state reflect the saved change.
