• Sign in as integration administrators and confirm WatheeqTech shows /lex/admin/integrations/[id]; hidden controls indicate that your account lacks the required permission.
• Open the record from its owning register or a trusted notification so you begin with the correct tenant, record identifier and current lifecycle state.
• Collect the reason, authority and supporting evidence required for any governed decision or state transition.
